What is a “Reliability Score” and how can it help me?
It’s a proven fact from our national survey that contractors are 97% more likely to pay a HIGHER rate if you have a proven track record and a higher Work Reliability Score. The purpose of the Work Reliability Score is really simple, the higher score you achieve by keeping good time and working well on site each week, increases your score. A high score raises the likelihood of being chosen by contractors. As your score increases so does the amount you can charge for your time!
How long can l work for the contractor?
You can simply work for them as long as they require you.
What if l am given a unfair review by a contractor?
Please contact us via CONTACT US within 48 hours if you have a dispute with your given reliability score, We would be happy to help!

What do l do if l receive a job offer?
When you receive a offer of employment via Text and mobile the text will prompt you to go to your email and accept the offer to negotiate with a simply yes or no! lf you accept your profile will be then made available to the employer from that point negotiate based on your profile will start or not
