Large amounts of unlicensed medicines have actually been seized by Department of Health officials during a search of a home in Glengormley.
A male was spoken with by department officers about unlawfully importing and subsequently providing unlicensed impotence medications through the web.
The 47-year-old was also about other medicine offences.
He will now be the topic of a report to the general public Prosecution Service.
The search was performed by the department's Medicines Regulatory Group.
Its senior enforcement workplace, Peter Moore, said: "It is crucial that we get the message across that unlicensed medications can be dangerous.
"These kinds of products being offered, generally online, have gone through no quality assurance and there can be no warranty about their safety.
"You merely do not know what you are taking or the conditions these products were made in. More significantly, you do not know the result drugs like this may have on your health."
