All you do is to complete a profile and then the app will then start sending you well-paying job offers in your area that match your skills. If you say yes to a job offer, you can then negotiate your rate of pay directly with the construction company.

How it works
Getting jobs
From the profile that you complete when you sign up, you will be sent notifications of job opportunities in your area that match your skills. The way it works is that contractors tell us about their jobs and our system automatically finds suitable workers.
- Job opportunities will be sent to you via text and email.
- Go to the email and, from there, you simply answer yes or no to the opportunity from the contractor.
- If you answer yes, then your profile will be made available to the contractor.
- From the yeses they get back from workers, the contractor will make definite job offers.
- If you want to go ahead and take the job offer, it’ll then be a question of you negotiating your rate of pay and other terms with the contractor and starting on the job.
To keep your profile active all you need to do is to login at least once every two weeks. Also, be sure to sign up for our E-Academy to learn how to enhance your profile and better manage your career.
Getting paid
We pay you and then the construction company you work for pays us. You get paid weekly. Your contractor sends in a timesheet before noon each Tuesday. We pay you based on the hours shown on the timesheet. You can work for the contractor for as long as they require you.
The Reliability Score
This is a unique feature of WDG. The contractors that you work for through us will give you a rating based on how well you work and your timekeeping.
The higher your Reliability Score is the more likely you will be chosen by a contractor when they have a job to fill. Also the higher your score, the stronger position you will be in to negotiate a higher rate of pay for yourself.
We carried out a national survey of contractors and 97% said that they would be more likely more likely to pay a higher rate to workers with a high Reliability Score and a proven track record.
